Thank you for shopping with Femine! Hope you're completely satisfied with your purchase, and here's our Shipping policy to make it easy for your exchange and returns .

1-Returns

We’re always happy to serve you! If the courier arrives with your order, feel free to try it on at the door to make sure the size feels just right.
If something doesn’t fit or you’re not fully happy, no worries at all — you can return it and just pay the shipping fees.

You still have 14 days after the courier leaves to request a return. Just send us a message on WhatsApp at 01003952718 or DM us on Instagram — we’re here for you anytime 💌
(Please note that return shipping fees will be applied.)

To make sure your return goes smoothly, kindly keep the product in the same condition and packaging, you received it in. make sure it hasn’t been worn.
Your refund will be processed after you send us a quick video showing that the product is still in its original condition, the courier will receive your package within 5/7 working days

 

According to the shipping agency's policy, you should receive your whole package or return it all

2-Exchange

We’re glad to help you find the perfect fit!
If you received the wrong size or your item arrived damaged/defective, we’ll happily exchange it for you.

Just reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll handle everything with pleasure.
Exchange shipping fee: 50 EGP only.

 

Note: No Refunds or Exchanges during Huge Offers ( Black Friday, Eid offers,...) unless the product has a manufacturing problem

1- الاسترجاع

إحنا دايمًا في خدمتك ✨
أول ما المندوب يوصّل الأوردر، تقدري تجربيه على الباب وتتأكدي إن المقاس مناسبك.

لو المقاس غير مناسب أو مش حابة المنتج، تقدري ترجعيه بكل سهولة وتدفعي بس مصاريف الشحن.

وكمان عندك 14 يوم بعد ما المندوب يمشي تقدري تعملي طلب استرجاع.
من خلال ارسال رسالة علي الانستجرام او رقم الواتساب  01003952718
(ملحوظة: مصاريف شحن الاسترجاع بتكون على العميلة)

علشان عملية الاسترجاع تتم بسهولة، اتاكدي ان يكون المنتج بنفس حالته وتغليفه الأصلي، وغير  مستخدم , بتبعتلنا فيديو بيوضح ان المنتج في نفس حالة الاستلام الاصلية و بيتم تاكيد طلب الاسترجاع

 بيستلم المندوب منك المرتجع خلال 5/7 ايام عمل و بيتم استرجاع المبلغ بنفس طريقة السداد

طبقا لي سياسة شركة الشحن , يتم استلام الاوردر بالكامل او ارجاعه بالكامل

2- الاستبدال

يسعدنا نساعدك توصلي للمقاس المثالي 👌
لو المقاس اللي وصلك غلط أو المنتج فيه عيب/تلف، هنبدلهولك بكل سهولة.

كل اللي عليكي تكلمينا خلال 14 يوم من استلام الأوردر، وفريق خدمة العملاء هيأكدلط طلب الاستبدال

مصاريف شحن الاستبدال: 50 جنيه فقط.

ملحوظة : لا يوجد استبدال او استرجاع خلال اوقات التخفيضات مثل عروض البلاك فرايداي و خصومات الاعياد الا بوجود عيب صناعة في القطعة المستلمة
