We’re always happy to serve you! If the courier arrives with your order, feel free to try it on at the door to make sure the size feels just right.
If something doesn’t fit or you’re not fully happy, no worries at all — you can return it and just pay the shipping fees.

To make sure your return goes smoothly, kindly keep the product in the same condition and packaging, you received it in. make sure it hasn’t been worn.
Your refund will be processed after you send us a quick video showing that the product is still in its original condition
